Marinated Sirloin Steak cooked on an open pit grill, sliced thin and served with a Burgundy Joliet Sauce

Filet of Flounder broiled with Lemon, White Wine and Butter, garnished with roasted Almond Slices

Fresh Flounder topped with a Lemon Butter Sauce, stuffed with our Special Deuxxelles Stuffing

Broiled and Topped with Creamy Dill Sauce

Eggplant or Chicken Parmigiana
Slices of Fresh Eggplant or Fresh Chicken Breast topped with Marinara Sauce and Mozzarella Cheese, served with a Side of Linguini
